Meet the Tiny Treasures Board of Directors
Karleen Holm
Chairperson

Karleen came to the board shortly after joining the Wildwood Presbyterian Church family in 2016 as the wife of our head pastor, Erik. She works for DCSD 64 (Grayslake) as a school psychologist in the early childhood education program. Karleen has worked in early childhood for 30 years, conducting assessments and supporting preschool classrooms. She also serves as a mentor mom at MomCo (formerly known as MOPS) held on Wednesdays at WPC and has three daughters.
Erik Holm
WPC Pastor

Erik has served as the Head Pastor of Wildwood Presbyterian Church since 2016. He leads worship with the students of Tiny Treasures Preschool once a month. He loves teaching others about the love of Jesus. Erik has three girls. He enjoys playing golf, basketball and volleyball. He also enjoys cooking and reading.
Sonya King
Parent Rep

Sonya joined the board in 2025, after her daughter began attending TTP. She is a mom of 2 children and participates in MomCo at WPC, where she has gotten to know other TTP and WPC moms. Sonya works in childcare herself at other community MomCo meet-ups. She grew up at WPC and she has a passion to serve in the community.
Marianne Kehl
WPC Rep

Marianne joined the Tiny Treasures Board in 2025. She likes to garden, cook, read and spend time with her family. She has lived in the Gages Lake Community for 22 years, and has been a member of the WPC for over 15 years. She enjoys volunteering in the nursery during church service. Marianne has 5 daughters who are all grown and married with families of their own. She and Dave are blessed with 7 grandchildren and one more on the way!
Pat Abraham
TTP Director

Our Tiny Treasures Preschool Director serves as a non-voting member of our board and presents monthly reports to us about all things preschool. As a Board, we are excited to continue working closely with Pat for the new school year in her third year as director. We appreciate being able to make the most of all the knowledge and passion she brings to the table with her extensive and impressive early childhood education experience. Beth Dancy
Treasurer

Beth was on the original board that formed the preschool in 1996. She then held several positions on the board and served us faithfully until 2007. We were very thankful when Beth rejoined the board in 2017 and has helped us greatly by bringing her knowledge of our past to the table as well. She is mother to two grown daughters who both attended the preschool. She has passion for children and volunteering with multiple organizations in the community. Beth is currently the President of a local family owned manufacturing company.
Diane LeBeau
WPC REP

Diane joined the board in 2025. She has been a long time WPC member, had taught Sunday school for many years and was also a scout leader for over ten years. Diane is wife to husband Russ who has was also very involved with scouts. She is a mom of 4 young adults, including identical twins both with special needs and a grandmother of 1 toddler. Diane previously taught preschool in Libertyville and then moved on to be a HR/Production Manager for over 30 years in the Lake County area.
